The curret Issue consists of 8 articles. All articles are written Indonesian. The authors come from 7 different institutions in Indonesia, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Universitas Malikussaleh, Universitas Teuku Umar, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, Universitas Al-Azhar, Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh, dan Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat.

The first article titled "Analisis Pencegahan Kecelakaan Kerja Menggunakan Metode Job Safety Analysis Pada Dinding Penahan Tanah Di Proyek CWP-02 Gedung FPEB UPI" concluded that JSA analysis is crucial in identifying and controlling potential hazards in DPT work, as well as enhancing awareness and compliance with K3 in the work environment.

The second artiled titled "Perbandingan Ekonomis Penggunaan Kompor Listrik Induksi dan Kompor Gas LPG Dari Sisi Penggunaan Di Rumah Tangga" showed that using an LPG gas stove is faster to reach the boiling temperature of air compared to an induction electric stove. In comparisoncto the costs required for air heating, the cost of using an induction electric stove is lower than the cost of using an LPG gas stove.

The third article titled "Penggunaan Teknik Evaluasi Keandalan Mesin Pada Berbagai Industri di Indonesia: Literature Review" found that that many industries in Indonesia have used reliability techniques, especially in industries that use a lot of machines in their production systems. 

The fourth article titled "Analisa Cacat Timbul pada Material Aluminium Akibat Pemotongan Menggunakan Laser Cutting" showed that the highest defects were on the average of sections A3 and B3 of 0.012 mm with a plate diameter of 50.2 and 45.2 mm with an aluminum plate thickness of 0.8 mm. At a speed of 33 mm/s, it can be concluded that the appearance of these defects is very small, ranging from 0.004 mm-0.008 mm.

The fifth article titled "Analisis Kehilangan Minyak (Oil Losses) Pada Proses Pengolahan CPO (Crude Palm Oil) Di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun ADOLINA" shows that the Boiled Water and Final Drab stations experienced the highest average oil loss, with deviations from the average of 0.24% and 0.03%, respectively. The pressure is outside the control limits in the 20th data on the control chart at the Ampas station, with a UCL of 4.86% and an LCL of 3.07%. Oil losses are a result of four factors: machinery, human resources, raw materials, and methods. Starting with the most important, the causes of oil losses are human resources, followed by raw materials, machines, and processes.

The sixth article titled "Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Cjfm" illustrated has a negative effect on staff performance at PT. The results of the partial analysis of CJFM, management has a significant effect and work encouragement can have a negative and inappropriate effect on the performance of PT. CJFM.

The seventh artile titled "Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tenaga Kerja Bersertifikasi terhadap Kesuksesan Proyek Konstruksi  di Kota Banda Aceh" The correlation results obtained the highest value at X4 (Work Environment) of 0.659 with a strong correlation with a positive relationship (+), the higher the work environment, the higher the success of construction project, so it is very influential on the success of construction projects. 

The eight article titled "Analisis Kuat Hantar Arus pada Instalasi Listrik Berdasarkan Standar Persyaratan Umum Instalasi  Listrik di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Aceh Barat" in general the KHA conducting electrical installations at the West Aceh State Community Academy which was divided into 10 lines was very good where 2 lines were in accordance with the standards and 8 lines were above the 2011 PUIL standards.
